SuprNation is seeking an Affiliate Manager to support the brand’s operations at their Malta office.Responsibilities include:
- Identify and secure new affiliate opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key affiliate partners, ensuring engagement and performance optimization.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust affiliate marketing strategies.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize ROI, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing materials and campaigns with affiliate strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with affiliates, offering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Address affiliate inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry, with a focus on performance-based deals.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and maintaining successful affiliate partnerships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to motivate both internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for the iGaming industry.
